LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Mrs. Willie Kelly Stroupe, age 98, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Lancaster Convalescent Center. She was born December 18, 1918 in Chesterfield County, a daughter of the late William B. Kelly and Aleen Watts Kelly McNeely and was the wife of the late E. Luther Stroupe. Mrs. Stroupe was a retired teachers assistant and was of the Presbyterian faith.

Mrs. Stroupe is survived by a sister, Virginia Taylor of Greenwood, SC and two sisters in law, Marian McNeely of Lancaster and Earline McNeely of Murrells Inlet, SC.

Mrs. Stroupe was preceded in death by six brothers, Bazel Kelly, Edward Kelly, Gerald McNeely, Buddy McNeely, Dallas McNeely and Tommy McNeely, and two sisters, Lucille Hinson and Genevieve Rivers.

The Graveside Funeral Service for Mrs. Stroupe will be 3:00 pm Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Westside City Cemetery by Rev. Glenn Ribelin. Memorial contributions may be made to a church or charity of choice.
