LANCASTER, SC – Mr. William "Bill" Whitley, age 81, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025. He was born July 16, 1943, a son of the late Marvin Whitley and the late Pearl Mullis Whitley and was the loving husband of the late Nancy Fowler Whitley.

Mr. Bill is survived by his son, William Michael "Mike" Whitley (Jennifer); two brothers-in-law, Jim Fowler (Diane) and John Fowler (Rita); and two step-granddaughters, Meghan Buksas (Eddie) and Katherine Clark (Kinohi).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Pearl Whitley; and his wife, Nancy F. Whitley.

The Celebration of Life Service for Bill will be 11:00 am Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Shiloh ARP Church officiated by Rev. Dean Franklin.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am, one hour prior to the service, in the church fellowship hall.

Burial will follow the service at Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Rd., Charlotte, NC 28212.
