LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. William "Bill" Franklin Galloway, age 82, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, at his home. He was born September 15, 1939, in Easley, SC, the son of the late Thomas Gaines and Hattie Mae Galloway and was the husband of Laverne Belue Galloway.  Mr. Galloway proudly served in The United States Army and was a State Constable. He was a past President of The Jackson Shrine Club and the former Chief of Easley Rescue Squad. Mr. Galloway loved his grandchildren and was an avid Clemson fan.  Mr. Galloway was a member of Crestview Baptist Church.

Mr. Galloway is survived by his wife of 35 years, Laverne Belue Galloway; a son, Toby Galloway (Michelle); three daughters, Tina Haas (Scott), Tanya Youngblood (Joey), and Tammy Powell (Gregg); two step-daughters, Kim Rollings (Ricky), and Stacie Boyer (Rick); a brother, Tommy Galloway; a sister, Linda Beattie; eleven grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Rollings, David Boyer, Brian Boyer, Erin Boyer, Ty Tysinger, Tamala Bonham, Travis Galloway, Jared Venesky, Tristin Childress, Peyton Riddle, and Jace Youngblood; three great-grandchildren, Landon Galloway, Lilly Galloway, and Anthony "Ant" Bonham; and a special cousin, Ted Brissey (Myra).

Mr. Galloway was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Roy Galloway, and Hal Galloway; a sister-in-law, Dot Galloway.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Galloway will be 3:00 pm Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Crestview Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 pm, one hour prior to the service at Crestview Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorials may be made to Crestview Baptist Church, General Fund, 2228 Douglas Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720.
