LANCASTER, SC - Mrs. Wanda Brown Edwards, age 61, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born October 25, 1958 in Chester, SC, a daughter of the late James W. Brown and Ruby Jean Ferrell Brown and was the wife of the late Timothy Keith Edwards. Mrs. Edwards was a hard worker and an avid Clemson Tiger fan. She was a social butterfly, she never met a stranger, and she loved everyone and all who knew her loved her dearly. Mrs. Edwards was always active in her children and grandchildren's lives and was even "mama" to others that she cared for. She was lovingly known as "Mimi" to all her grandchildren, and they were her life. Mrs. Edwards also loved her fur babies, Buddy and Lucky, and her grand pups. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Mrs. Edwards is survived by her son, Keith Edwards (Kristen); three daughters, Kayla Maloch (Brandon) of Darlington, SC, Breanna "Bree" Edwards, and Beverly Lenard (Chris); and seven grandchildren, Peyton, Adelynn, Brylie, Aria, Corie, Maxton, and Abram. She was known lovingly as aunt Kay to her nieces and nephews, Angie, Sherry, Jamie, Bradd, Jeannie, and TJ.

Mrs. Edwards was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life of 39 years, Tim Edwards; her parents; and her sister, Shirley Lyles.

The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Edwards will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Tim Skipper.  Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Great Falls, SC.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Burgess Funeral Home.
