LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Wade Junior Galloway, age 84, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at his home. He was born on December 4, 1935 in Kershaw, SC, a son of the late James Benjamin Galloway and Sallie Jane Taylor Galloway.  Mr. Galloway was the husband of the late Juanita Joyce Yarborough Galloway.  In his younger years, he enjoyed playing softball, baseball, fishing and golfing.  Mr. Galloway was an avid bowler.  He retired as Supervisor from LeHigh Steel Corporation.

Mr. Galloway is survived by a son, Wade Mitchell "Mitch" Galloway, Jr. and his wife, Kathy, of Heath Springs, SC; a daughter, Kathy Hall of Lancaster; four grandchildren, Justin Lowery (Audrey), David Galloway (Clayton), Angela Moore, and Richard Moore (Debra); seven great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Grace Hinson and Louise Knight, both of Lancaster; and special friends, Judy Williams and Larry Small.

Mr. Galloway was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Galloway; a son, Russell Blake Galloway; his parents; a brother, James Galloway; and two sisters, Linda Vick and Alice Baxley.

A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be 1:00 pm, Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Lancaster Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends on Monday and Tuesday, prior to the service, at the home of his daughter, Kathy Hall.
