LANCASTER, SC::::::::::::: Victoria "Vicki" Wutz Lowe, age 42, of Dacula, GA, died Wednesday, December 30, 2009. She was born June 27, 1967 in Buffalo, NY the daughter of Richard Carl Wutz and Helene Cook Wutz and was the wife of William "Bill" Lowe. Mrs. Lowe was a Major Account Representative for Canon in New York, had received the Presidents Club Award for Top Sales with Canon many times and was a member of Neighborhood Alliance Church in New York. Mrs. Lowe is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Lowe, her children, Kyle William Lowe, Thomas Richard Lowe and Grace Victoria Lowe, her parents, Richard and Helene Wutz, and a brother, Scott Conley of Roscoe, NY.The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mrs. Lowe will be 11:00 am, Saturday, January 2, 2010 at The Chapel of Hartley Funeral Home by Dr. Brian Saxon. The Family of Mrs. Lowe will be at the home of Tom and Mary Lowe, 5092 Carolina Creek Drive and in lieu of flowers suggest memorial contributions be made to The Children's Miracle Network, 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.
