Tommy Lee Patrick was born on April 2, 1954 in Creswell, NC to Clarence
and Nixie Patrick . He was the oldest of seven siblings having four sisters,
Sharlon Kay Patrick, Deborah Faye Patrick, Teresa Lynn Peters, and Brenda
Ann Patrick and two brothers, Michael Axxon Patrick and Clarence Lee
Patrick "Bug". He is survived by all but one: Michael.
Tommy was a decorated veteran, having honorably served two years in the
Army.
Tommy spent virtually the entirety of his life in Creswell, living with his
beloved grandfather, Armstead. He worked in construction as a carpenter, as
well as doing odd jobs within the community for his family and neighbors. He
loved nature and spent much of his time caring for animals of all sorts. He also
loved to cook and to hunt. But above all, Tommy had a deep and abiding love
for all of his family members.
Tommy died on May 31, 2017 while surrounded by family members within
the home of his niece, Felicia Wanzer, in Lancaster, S.C.
