LANCASTER, SC - Mr. Timothy Keith Edwards, age 56, passed away Monday, December 25, 2017 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born July 19, 1961 in Chester, SC, a son of Ida Irene Stokes Edwards and the late Joseph Henry Edwards. Mr. Edwards was the husband to Wanda Brown Edwards. He loved the Carolina Gamecocks, NASCAR, fishing, softball, his children and grandchildren. Mr. Edwards was an avid learner and was extremely intelligent. He was a Network Administrator with Amdocs. He really enjoyed learning and increasing his knowledge on history, electronics, and science. Mr. Edwards was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife of 38 years, Wanda Brown Edwards; a son, Keith Edwards and his wife, Kristen; three daughters, Kayla Maloch and her husband, Brandon of Darlington, SC, Breanna Bree Edwards, Beverly Lenard and her husband, Chris; a brother, Ray Edwards of Cottondale, FL; a sister, Martha Greer; and five grandchildren, Peyton, Adelynn, Brylie, Aria, Corie and two on the way, Maxton and another due in June.

Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Joey Edwards.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Edwards will be 3:00 pm Friday, December 29, 2017 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. LeGrand Taylor.
The family will receive friends 2:00-3:00pm Friday, December 29, 2017, one hour prior to service.
