INDIAN LAND, SC ~ Mr. Tim Russell Terry, age 66, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022, at his home.  He was born March 31, 1955, in Endicott, NY, the son of the late Russell Terry and Rose Vona Terry.  Tim was a real estate broker for over 40 years and a real estate instructor for over 20 years.  He was a huge Yankees fan and enjoyed playing golf.  Tim lived in the Sun City community where he was very active.  His dog, Jeter, was his best friend.

Tim is survived by his son, Dylan Terry; a daughter, Samantha Terry; and his sister, Ellen Terry.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents.
