LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Thomas Tommy Bunyon Small, age 90, passed away at his home Wednesday, November 15, 2017. He was the son of the late Thomas Sylvester Small and Ida Kate McDonald Small and the husband of Lois Adams Small. Mr. Small retired from Springs Industries and served our country in the United States Army during World War II. He loved classic cars and traveling. He was a Mason with the Jackson Masonic Lodge for 70 years and a Shriner with the Hejaz Temple. Mr. Small was a 65-year member of White Springs Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School and served in several positions.

Mr. Small is survived by his wife of 68 years, Lois Adams Small; a son, Danny Thomas Small of Chester; a daughter, Nancy Small Wolfe and her husband, Richard of Lancaster; a daughter in law, Martha McFadden Small; four grandchildren, Nicole Seegars Ambrosino and her husband, SGT Aaron Ambrosino, Ronald Thomas Seegars, Jr., Tammy Thomas, R. T. Small and Matthew Small, and one great grandchild, Isabella Seegars.

Mr. Small was preceded in death by a brother, Marion Small and several older brothers and sisters.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Saturday, November 18, 2017 at White Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Neal officiating. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 1:30 pm Saturday at the church and suggest memorial contributions be made to White Springs Baptist Church, 1249 Grace Avenue, Lancaster, SC 29720 or the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
