LANCASTER, SC::::::::: Mr. Thomas Dennis Lowe, age 74, died Sunday, January 25, 2015 at his home. He was born June 19, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of the late Alfred Joseph Lowe and Catherine Shanley Lowe and was the husband of Mary Anderson Lowe. Mr. Lowe retired from American Avionics. He was a kind and gentle spirit and his family and friends were very important to him. He enjoyed camping and could fix anything. He served our country in the United States Navy and was of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Lowe is survived by his wife, Mary Anderson Lowe; a son, William Lowe and his wife Brenda of Atlanta, GA; two daughters, Katherine Lowe Fitzpatrick and her husband James of Lancaster and Carolyn Lowe and her husband Jim Young of Tacoma, WA; a brother, Arthur Lowe and his wife Margueritte of Indian Land, SC and seven grandchildren.

Mr. Lowe was preceded in death by a sister, Audrey Reynolds.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Lowe will be 5:00 pm Friday, January 30, 2015 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Dr. Brian Saxon.

The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 4:00 - 5:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Donor Service, PO Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202.
