LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Thomas Allen Faile, age 85, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021.  He was born December 28, 1935, in Lancaster, a son of the late Jether Faile and Ethel Cauthen Faile.  Mr. Faile was the husband of the late Carolyn Ann Harper Faile.  He loved to walk, swim, play golf, and watch football.  SC Gamecocks was his favorite team.  Mr. Faile loved his family dearly and his dog, Tebow.

Mr. Faile is survived by a son, Gregory Allen Faile (Rhonda); his daughter, Michele Gardner (Rick); five grandchildren, Taylor McWilliams, Colton Crenshaw, Gabby Waldrop, Lauren Nicole Karnes (Thomas), and Michael Allen Davis; his sister, Jane Faile (Wayne); two nieces, Angie K. Baker (Tim) and Sissy Haslam (Dave); and three nephews, Charles G. Eskildsen (William), Chris Faile (Cindy), and Jimmy Faile (Susie).

Mr. Faile was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years and love of his life, Carolyn Faile; a son, Michael Thomas Faile; his parents; and his twin brother, John Faile.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Mr. Faile will be 2:00 pm Thursday, September 23, 2021, at Lancaster Memorial Park.
