LANCASTER, SC ::::::::::: Mrs. Thelma Waters Phillips, age 94, of 786 Fickling Drive, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at her home. She was born March 26, 1915 in Kershaw County, the daughter of the late LaFayette Waters and Azzilee Baker Waters and was the wife of the late Floyd Thomas Phillips. Mrs. Phillips retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Mrs. Phillips is survived by two daughters, Bessie Hinson and Fredia McManus both of Lancaster, two sisters, Corine Phillips of Kershaw and Ruth Taylor of Camden, 6 grandchildren, Philip Romano, Eric Hinson, Chris Hinson, Kyle Hinson, Michelle Newsome, and Brian O'Daniel, and 10 great grandchildren. The Celebration of Life Graveside Funeral Service for Mrs. Phillips will be 2:00 pm Friday afternoon, February 19, 2010 at Lancaster Memorial Park by Rev.
