FORT MILL, SC Mr. Terrance John Maki, age 77, died Wednesday, February 8, 2017. He was born November 16, 1939 in Stambaugh, Michigan, a son of the late John Michael Macki and Evelyn Ann Maki Macki and was the husband of Sandra Degentesh Maki. Mr. Maki was a retired Industrial painter. He served our country in the United Sates Army, was an avid fisherman and enjoyed being outdoors.

Mr. Maki is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sandra Degentesh Maki; a son, John Norbert Maki of Denver, CO; two daughters, Laura Ann Norris and her husband David of Ozark, MO and Diane Lee Higens and her husband Randall of Hollywood, FL; two grandchildren, Emily Norris and Kaitlyn Higens; two step grandchildren, Ryan and Allen Higens; five great grandchildren, Sadie Jo, Zoey, Riley, Silas and Lexi; and a sister, Deborah Waite and her husband John of Iron River, MI.

Mr. Maki was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Lawrence Macki and Curtis Macki and a sister, Janet Harris.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the Sun City Lake House. The family will receive friends following the service and suggest in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 508 Hampton Street, Suite 200, Columbia, SC 29201.
