LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Taylor Proctor Hinson, age 38, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024. He was born September 9, 1986, a son of Mickey Hinson and Kim Proctor Hinson. Taylor enjoyed fishing, video games, spending time with family and friends, and was an avid Gamecock fan. He was of the Christian faith and his life will live on through others as he was an organ donor.

Taylor is survived by his parents, Mickey and Kim Hinson; two brothers, Mitchell Hinson and Stuart Hinson (Elizabeth); and his best friend, Brandon Lucas.

He was preceded in death by his fiancée, Debbie Walker; paternal grandparents, Caldwell T. "Red" Hinson and Myrtle Moore Hinson; and maternal grandparents, Sammy Proctor and Alice Samuels Proctor from Chester, SC.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 -7:00 pm Friday, November 15, 2024, at Burgess Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
