JEFFERSON, SC:::::::::::Mrs. Tammy Kinsey Horton, age 56, died Friday, September 22, 2017 at Carolinas Healthcare System in Union. She was born June 30, 1961 in Sarasota, FL., a daughter of the late John Kinsey and Elizabeth Browning Kinsey and the wife of Mark Horton. Mrs. Horton loved Chihuahuas, flowers and shopping. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Mrs. Horton is survived by her husband, Mark Horton; a daughter, Brittney Horton and her husband, Drew Price of TN; a step son, Mark Anthony Tony Horton of Spartanburg; five grandchildren, Chandler Horton, Triston Horton, Jordan Price, Bailynn Price and Amanda Cooper; and three sisters, Kathy Kinsey of Lancaster, Tessie McClunge of Florida and Beth Himes of Lancaster.

Mrs. Horton was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Michael Horton; and a brother, John Winfred Kinsey.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Horton will be 3:00 pm Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Randy Mellichamp.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm-3:00pm, one hour prior to the service.
