LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Stephen "Stevie" Michael Stogner, age 68, passed away, Sunday, March 2, 2025. He was born on December 8, 1956, in Lancaster, a son of the late Willie Neal Stogner and the late Ethel Lee Stacks Stogner. Mr. Stogner was the owner and operator of Stogner Flower Shop that was located on #9 Bypass in Lancaster for over 15 years. He was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church.

Mr. Stogner is survived by his brother, Randall Stogner (Joanne); his niece and nephew, Kayla and Brandon Stogner; his close friend, James "Jim" Steranka (Joni); and many other special friends and family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Ethel Stogner.
