LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Steven Clifton Wright, age 65, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021, at his home.  He was born February 13, 1956, in Lancaster, a son of the late Donald Wright and EmmaGene Evans Wright.  Steven was a proud member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans Witherspoon Barnes Camp 1445 Lancaster.  He was a master gardner, avid Gamecock fan, and loved to fish with his brother.  Steven will be remembered as "A Good Man".  Family was important and he loved them dearly, especially his daughter, Amy.  He also loved his fur babies, Georgia and Jasper.  Steven was a member of Zion United Methodist Church.

Steven is survived by his daughter, Amy Johnson (Eric); three sisters, Candy Catoe (Terry), Penny Blackmon (Brett), and Crystal McKenna (Mike); a sister-in-law, Crystal Catoe; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Mike Wright.

The Celebration of Life Service for Steven will be 11:00 am Monday, January 3, 2022, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by T. Leland Summers and Michael J. Burgess.
