Steven Ross McElreath, 62, of Indian Land, SC passed away on January 24, 2022.

Steven was born April 8, 1959 in Houston, TX to Ross McElreath and Jean Cornelius. He grew up in Houston and had four siblings ─ Sara Satornino, Greg McElreath, Martha Thomas, and Todd McElreath.

Steven had four sons from his marriage to Ernestine (Davison) McElreath ─ Cameron McElreath of Brighton, MI; Chad McElreath of New York, NY; Justin McElreath of Charlotte, NC; and Blane McElreath of Raleigh, NC. From his subsequent marriage to Sharon Cooper, Steven had two stepdaughters ─ Kacy Coggin of Raleigh, NC and Elizabeth Coggin of Charlotte, NC.  Steven was a proud father who loved a good (or bad) round of golf, a hearty laugh with friends and family, and time on the lake.

Steven is survived by his siblings and children, and was preceded in death by his parents.
