LANCASTER, SC::::::::: Mr. Steven Arnold Christopher Kovler, age 55, died Monday, March 7, 2016 at his home. He was born July 11, 1960 in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, the son of Arnold G. Kovler and Elizabeth Ann Welsh Kovler. Mr. Kovler was of the Catholic Faith.
