LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Shirley Ann Faulkenberry Hall, age 82, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023. She was born December 8, 1940, in Lancaster, a daughter of the late David Faulkenberry and Mable Blackmon Faulkenberry and was the wife of the late Willard Lee Hall, Jr. Mrs. Shirley was a seamstress for Springs Industries. Her family was her greatest joy, and she was a wonderful mother and grandmother who took great pride in caring for her family. Mrs. Shirley loved to cook and enjoyed working word search puzzles. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Shirley is survived by her two sons, Timothy Dwayne Hall and Phillip Hall (Alicia); her daughter, Phyllis Bell (Stokes); four grandchildren, Jasmine Hall (Alec Hensley), Jordan Hall, Gage Bell (Hannah), and Calista Steele; a brother, Herman Faulkenberry (Barbara); her aunt, Lorene Hinson; sisters-in-law, Faye Faulkenberry, Joyce Hall, and Bonnie Jean Hammond; and a large extended family.

Mrs. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Hall; grandson, Jessie Lee Hall; her parents; three brothers, Melvin Faulkenberry, Julian Faulkenberry, and Donald Faulkenberry; and two sisters, Guilda Atkinson and Norma Jean Faulkenberry.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Mrs. Shirley will be 10:00 am, Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Lancaster Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Todd Robinson and Dr. Trent McLaughlin.
