LANCASTER, SC :::::::::Mrs. Shirley Clark Aderholt, age 80, died Friday, February 13, 2015 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte. She was born July 20, 1934 in Laurinburg, NC, the daughter of the late Charlie Clark and Bessie Terry Clark and was the wife of the late Joe Aderholt, Sr. Mrs. Aderholt was a retired restaurant manager. She enjoyed gardening, taking care of her flowers and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Fort Lawn.

Mrs. Aderholt is survived by a son, Joe Aderholt, Jr. and his wife Betzy of Lancaster; two daughters, Teresa Canupp and her husband Roy of Stanley, NC and Jeannie Brown and her husband John of Concord, NC, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Aderholt will be 2:00 pm Monday, February 16, 2015 at Emmanuel Baptist Church by Rev. Ray Robinson and Rev. Jimmy Jordan. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family of Mrs. Aderholt will receive friends one hour before the service, from 1:00 - 2:00 pm Monday at the church and suggest memorial contributions be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church, PO Box 397, Fort Lawn, SC 29714.
