LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Sarah Pauline Taylor Threatt, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at her home.  She was born December 14, 1940 in Lancaster the daughter of the late William Minor Taylor and Mary Eller Taylor was the wife of William Herbert Threatt.  Mrs. Threatt graduated with a bachelor's degree in business from University of South Carolina.  She enjoyed gardening and working with her flowers.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Mrs. Threatt was a member of Shiloh ARP church where she loved being a part of her women's ministry group and was former church treasurer.

Mrs. Threatt is survived by her husband of 58 years, William Threatt; a son, William Dowdy; three daughters, Sarah Lynn Cook, Rhonda Crimminger and her husband, Dennis, and Susan McMinn; six grandchildren, Angie Caskey and her husband, Adrian, Dell Williams and his wife, Hollie, Brittany Jackson and her husband, Neal, Kendall Dowdy, Chase Dowdy, and Keith Crimminger; five great grandchildren, Taylor Cook, Baylee Caskey, Aiden Jackson, James Jackson, and Simon Jackson; and a sister, Edna Robinson and her husband, Jack.

Mrs. Threatt was preceded in death by her parents; a great granddaughter, Harley Elizabeth Cook; a brother, Henry Taylor; and two sisters, Helen Wright and Dottie Burns.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Threatt will be 11:00 am, Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Shiloh ARP Church officiated by Rev. Mark Miller and Rev. Calvin Todd.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 am, Saturday, April 20, 2019 in the church fellowship hall and suggest memorial contributions be made to Shiloh ARP Church, 346 Shiloh Unity Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.
