LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Sandra "Sandy" Austin Baldwin, age 73, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at MUSC- Charleston.  She was born September 29, 1947, in Spartanburg, SC, the daughter of the late William Braddie Austin and Emma Mason Austin and was the loving wife of the late James "Jim" Ray Baldwin. Mrs. Baldwin enjoyed reading. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Baldwin was the last remaining member of her family.

Mrs. Baldwin was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" Ray Baldwin; her parents, William, and Emma Austin; and a brother, Ronnie Austin.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Mrs. Baldwin will be 10:00 am Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Shiloh A.R.P Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Matthew Alexander.
