KERSHAW, SC::::::::::: Mrs. Ruby Brazell Faulkenberry, age 72, died Saturday August 23, 2014 at Palmetto Baptist Hospital. She was born July 10, 1942 in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late Walter Brazell and Etta Faile Brazell and was the wife of Harold W. Faulkenberry. Mrs. Faulkenberry retired from Springs Industries. She was a member of Oakhurst Baptist Church.

Mrs. Faulkenberry is survived by her husband, Harold Faulkenberry of the home, a son, Tommy Faulkenberry and his wife Karen, a daughter, Elaine F. Gardner and her husband Ronnie of Blythewood, a brother, Fred Brazell and his wife Joyce of Kershaw, 6 grandchildren, Lauren Whitaker and her husband Jonathan Whitaker, Will Faulkenberry, Corley Faulkenberry, Brady Faulkenberry, Ryleigh Faulkenberry, and Hailey Gardner and 2 great grandchildren, Blakely and Drew Whitaker.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Faulkenberry will be 3:00 pm, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Oakhurst Baptist Church by Rev. John Rogers, Rev. Charles Cauthen, and Rev. Charlie Simmons. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The Family of Mrs. Faulkenberry will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 pm Tuesday, August 26, 2014 in the church fellowship hall. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Oakhurst Baptist Church, 394 Barrett Road, Heath Springs, SC 29058.
