LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Ronald "Ronny" Edward Bass, age 55, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022. He was born November 18, 1966, a son of the late Alfred Eugene Bass and the late Glenda Cornett Bass. Ronny was an electrician by trade and worked alongside his father in his business. He and his father also had a love for building and racing cars at Lancaster Speedway and drag racing in Pageland. Ronny also enjoyed watching NC Tarheels basketball. His family describes Ronny as selfless, caring, thoughtful, humorous, loving, kind-hearted, devoted, friendly, and generous. Ronny loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and attended ZAMAR church in Lancaster.

Ronny is survived by his brother, Robert "Bob" E. Bass (Connie); nephew, Bradley Bass; cousins, Debbie Sechrist (Billy) and Dave Beasley (Jana); close friend, Paco Escamilla; his beloved dog, Mattie Sue; and many friends and acquaintances.

A private Celebration of Life Service for Ronny will be held at a later date.
