A graveside funeral service for Mr. Roger Blackmon Elliott, 81, will be held at 11 o'clock on Friday, March 12th, 2021, in the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Becky Forest and Eddie Strickland will officiate and the family will receive friends following the service. Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Directors are caring for the family.

Mr. Elliott entered into rest on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Born in Camden, SC, he was a son of the late Hazel Alexander Elliott and Emily Blackmon Elliott. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Lydia, SC, and the Wesley Fellowship Sunday School Class. He was the treasurer for many years and served in many other capacities within Wesley Chapel. Roger was a graduate of Camden High School in Camden, SC, and Palmer Junior College in Columbia, SC. He worked for many years as an accountant at Coker's Pedigree Seed.

He is survived by his loving wife of the home, Patricia Carol Adams Shute Elliott; daughter, Sandy Elliott Miller (Greg) of Surf City, NC; sons, Jim Elliott (Angela) of Gastonia, NC, Reggie Shute (Stephanie) of Heath Springs, SC; granddaughters, Emily Paige Elliott, Payton Shute, Mylah Shute; grandsons, Nathan Miller, Andrew Miller; brothers, Haze Elliott (Carol) of Columbia, SC, Doug Elliott (Lynda)of Rock Hill, SC; many nieces and nephews.
