LANCASTER, SC::::::::::: Mrs. Peggy Roberta Threatt Wall, age 77, died Saturday, May 14, 2016. She was born November 23, 1938 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Peter Lawrence Threatt and Myrtle Catoe Threatt and the wife of John E. Wall. She was a former member of Eastern Star and Lee County Garden Club. Mrs. Wall was a very active member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Bishopville and loved singing in the choir.

Mrs. Wall is survived by her husband of 56 years, John E. Wall; a son, Hugh Caston Cass Wall; a daughter, Karen Wall Dingler and her husband, Steve; a sister, Mildred Knight; and two grandchildren, Bailey Dingler and Yancey Dingler all of Lancaster.

Mrs. Wall was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Millon Threatt, W. L. Threatt and Bruce Threatt, and two sisters, Argie Godfrey and Wilma Threatt.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Wall will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Bethlehem Baptist Church by Rev. Jason Myers and Rev. Donald Coppedge. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:00 pm Tuesday in the Family Life Center and suggest memorials be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1841 N. Rocky River Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.
