LANCASTER, SC ~Mr. Robert Durl Bob Chandler, age 64, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the Lancaster Convalescence Center. He was born September 13, 1954 in Lancaster, a son of Iva Mae Adams Chandler and the late Robert Fenton Chandler. Mr. Chandler enjoyed NASCAR and dirt track racing. Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and Kevin Harvick were his favorite drivers. He also enjoyed gathering with his friends and watching the race. Bob loved his family and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Bob is survived by his mother, Iva Chandler; a brother, Chuck Chandler and his wife, Terry; a sister, Tina Reynolds and her husband, Randy; two nephews, Cody Reynolds and Matthew Reynolds; two nieces, Miranda Langley and her husband, Timothy, and Morgan Chandler; a great nephew, Luke; a great niece, Camryn; a special aunt, Perlene Moseley; and a large extended family.

Bob is preceded in death by his father, Robert F. Chandler.

The family will hold a private Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Bob at 3:00 pm Friday, September 28, 2018 at Lancaster Memorial Park by Rev. Cotton Pate.
