LANCASTER, SC::::::::: Mr. Robert William "Billy" Catoe, age 53, of 906 12th Street, died Friday, October 28, 2011 at his home. He was born June 15, 1958 in Lancaster County, the son of the late James Melvin Catoe and Frances Rogers Catoe Pittman. Mr. Catoe is survived by his sister, Margaret Catoe Hanna and her husband Earl of Charlotte, NC, his step-father, Bobby Gene Pittman of Lancaster, and 2 step sisters, Rebecca "Becky" Derrberry and her husband Mike of Charlotte and Diane Price and her husband Allen of CA. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Catoe will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at The Chapel of Hartley Funeral Home by Rev. Rick Haile. Entombment will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park Mausoleum. The Family of Mr. Catoe will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at Hartley Funeral Home and the family suggest memorials be made to Hospice of Lancaster, 902 W. Meeting Street, Lancaster SC 29720.
