LANCASTER, SC ~ Gregory "Rick" Remick Wilson, age 29, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021.  Rick was born in Jacksonville, NC on July 9, 1991.  He was a son of Gregory Wilson and the late Amy Burns Taylor.  Rick was truly one of a kind. He enjoyed watching the weather channel and keeping up with the news, especially Channel 9 News with Greg Suskin. Rick loved to watch Disney Channel and any movie that was playing. He loved going to Wal-Mart to look in the five-dollar movie bin. Rick loved to see and hear ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars.

Rick is survived by his father, Greg Wilson (Aimee); three brothers, Mason Taylor, Bradley Wilson, and Clay Wilson; two uncles, Greg Burns and Dean Burns; two special cousins, Nicole Burns and Traci Yarborough; paternal grandmother, Rosie Goins.

Rick was preceded in death by his mother, Amy Burns Taylor; maternal grandparents, Jimmy and Dottie Burns; maternal great grandmother Doris Burns; paternal grandfather, George Wilson.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Rick will be 3:00pm Thursday, March 25, 2021 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Jessie Adams. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Social distancing will be practiced, and mask are required.
