Mr. Raymond Charles Bernier, age 60, died Saturday, October 31, 2015. He was born August 3, 1955 in Waterbury, Connecticut, a son of the late Donald Bernier and Florita Begley Bernier. Mr. Bernier was a bus driver and sales associate for Lancaster Tours for 19 years, served in the United States Army and was of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Bernier is survived by his caretakers, Susan Hardin and Robbie Dahl of Lancaster, a brother, Grayling Bernier of Torrington, CT, two sisters, Cheryl Bernier of Waterbury, CT and Robin Bernier of Bethel, CT, a step-son, Michael Geraldi, Jr. of Waterbury, CT; four step-daughters, Michele Jameson and her husband, Joseph of Torrington, CT, Mara-lee Auman and her husband Bertie of Orlando, FL, Marnie "Marty" Sanford and her husband, Kevin and Marissa Moore and her husband Ronald both of Ocoee, FL four grandsons, one granddaughter, and a nephew, Grayling Bernier, Jr. of Naugatuck, CT.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Bernier will be 3:00 pm, Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Rocky Tyner.

The Family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 2:00 - 3:00 pm Tuesday, at the funeral home and suggest in lieu of flowers and in honor of his sister, Robin, memorial contributions be made to Ability Beyond Disability, 4 Berkshire Boulevard, The Leir Pavilion, Bethel, CT 06801-1001.
