LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Randy Rufus Mills, age 67, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2024. He was born June 16, 1956, son of the late Roy Herbert Mills and Betty Lou Mills and was the husband of Elaine Stacks Mills. Randy enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with his family. He was a member of The Hog and a hunting club. Randy was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Pageland, SC.

Randy is survived by his wife of 45 years, Elaine Mills; two daughters, Misty Boone and Krystal Mills (David); three grandchildren, Sidney Griffin (Cameron), Chloe Boone (Zac), and Taylor Clark (Luis); a great grandchild, Rhetly Mae Griffin; two sisters, Vickie Sue Fuller and Betsy Plyler (Joey); several nieces and nephews; and three very close friends, Tommy James, Gerald Collins, and Greg Parker.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two nephews, Rodney Watts and Mitchell Tebo.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Vita Harris for being such a great loving caregiver to Randy.

The Celebration of Life Service for Randy will be 4:00 pm Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Donald Tillman.
