LANCASTER, SC ~ Randall Randy Craig Topp, age 62, died Friday, June 9, 2017 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born November 1, 1954 in Albion, MI, a son of the late Raymond Martin Topp and Elsie Pearl Mullins Topp. Randy was a fighter. He fought a long, tough battle with cancer and always kept a positive attitude. Randy served in the United States Navy on the USS Ranger during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Lancaster Moose Lodge, loved birds and bird watching. Randy was of the Christian faith.
Randy is survived by two sons, Justin and Jason Topp; a daughter, Billie Rae Topp; a brother, Brian Eric Topp; a sister, Lori Topp Sankey; and many grandchildren.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Barry Mark Topp; and a sister, Ralena Nancy Topp.

The Family will hold a private memorial service for Randy at a later date.
