LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Patricia Anne Small Williams, age 84, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021 at her home.  She was born December 21, 1936, in Lancaster, SC, the daughter of the late Blake T. Small and Annie Mae Bowers Small and was the wife of the late Billy Gene Franklin Williams. Mrs. Williams loved and adored her husband for over 40 years, her family, her cat "Baby", reading her Bible, and watching religious shows.  She enjoyed making her house a home.  She was very family oriented and was an only child and the only girl out of all her cousins. Mrs. Williams volunteered at HOPE. She was a member at First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her cousins, Gil Small (Nancy), Tommy Collins (Becky), Kim Williams (Rosanne), Art Collins (Sheila), Steve Small (Gloria) and a large extended family.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Gene Williams, and her parents.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Mrs. Williams will be 2:00 pm Monday, September 13, 2021, at Lancaster Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Randy Hatcher.
