LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Patricia "Patsy" Ann Sprouse Bailey, age 74, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2020 at MUSC Health Lancaster.  She was born September 12, 1945 in Spartanburg, SC, a daughter of the late Lottie Jeanette Lawton Railey and Robert Railey and was the wife of the late Charles Kenneth Bailey.  Mrs. Bailey enjoyed making artificial flower arrangements and cooking.  She loved spending time with her family and grandpups.

Mrs. Bailey is survived by two sons, Johnny Knight (Mary) and Eddie W. Railey; a daughter, Linda McClain (Tony); six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother; and three sisters.

Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; a grandson; a brother; and a sister.
