LANCASTER, SC ~ Ms. Pamela "Pam" J. Stacy, age 56, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2025 in Lancaster. She was born on January 21, 1969, a daughter of Doris Davis Blackmon and the late William Mackey, Sr. Ms. Stacy was an animal lover, she always took care of stray animals, and her own pets.

Ms. Stacy is survived by her daughter, Amber Marie Stacy; and her grandson, C.J. Hogg; her mother, Doris Blackmon; her two sisters, Wanda Plyler and Patricia Hinson (Barry); her brother, William Mackey Jr. (Angie)

She is preceded in death by her son, Stephen Dale Stacy; and her father, William Mackey Sr.
