LANCASTER, SC ::::::::::: Mrs. Ona Bell Adams Everall, age 91, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center - Pineville. She was born September 27, 1920 in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late James Amos Adams and Lula Mahaffey Adams and was the wife of the late William Edward Everall. Mrs. Everall retired from Springs Industries after 44 years of service and was a member of Zion United Methodist Church. Mrs. Everall is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hodge of Lancaster, 2 granddaughters, Claudia Hartley and her husband Jody, and Susan Duell and her husband Steve, and 3 great grandchildren, Cierra Hartley, Steven Duell and Savannah Duell. Mrs. Everall was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Elliott Adams, Cletus Adams, and R.C. Adams, and 3 sisters, Ella Faile, Nina Dutton, and Lela Baker. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Everall will be 3:00 pm Friday, September 14, 2012 at Zion United Methodist Church by Rev. Jim Elder and Rev. Wayne Dickson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Family of Mrs. Everall will received friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Hartley Burgess Funeral Home and the family suggest memorials may be made to Zion United Methodist Church, Needy Fund, 1665 Zion Road, Lancaster SC 29720.
