LANCASTER, SC :::::::::: Mr. Ocie Melvin Hall, Jr., age 67, died Thursday, October 1, 2009. He was born June 4, 1942 in Lancaster County and was the son of the late Ocie Melvin Hall, Sr. and Aline Deese Hall. Mr. Hall was a welder and a member of Oak Island Baptist Church in Long Beach, NC.Mr. Hall is survived by 2 sons, Dennis Hall and Todd Hall and his wife Angie both of Lancaster, 2 daughters, Sheri Benya and her husband George and Hope Hall both of Wilmington, NC, a brother, Nathan R. Hall and his wife Bette of Lancaster, a sister, Elfreida H. Plyler also of Lancaster, and 2 grandchildren, Lee and McKenzie Hall.The Celebration of Life Graveside Funeral Service for Mr. Hall will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, October 4, 2009 at New Cut Presbyterian Church Cemetery by Rev. Scott Robinson with burial to follow. Mr. Hall was preceded in death by a sister, Mary H. Duncan. The Family will receive friends immediately following the service.
