LANCASTER, SC –Mr. Hazel Clayton Nicholson "Nick", age 65, passed away Monday, February 20, 2023. He was born October 21, 1957, a son of the late Hazel Hugh Nicholson and Bernice Rogers Nicholson. Nick loved the outdoors, going fishing, working on cars, and just being a handy man. He had a fun-loving spirit and was a wonderful caregiver to his loving partner Donna. Nick also loved his fur baby, Little Bit, who passed just two weeks before Nick.

Nick is survived by his loving partner of 11 years, Donna Williamson; his son, Nick Nicholson, Jr. (Donna); and his brother, Donald Alan Nicholson (Tina).

Nick was preceded in death by a daughter, Martina Nicole Nicholson; his parents; and his sister, Belinda Ann Guthrie.

The Celebration of Life Service for Nick will be 11:00 am Thursday, February 23, 2023, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home.
