LANCASTER, SC ::::::::::Mr. Morris Dean Adams, age 49, died Wednesday, April 1, 2009. He was born October 6, 1959 in Lancaster County, the son of Gene Adams and Josie Criminger Adams and was the husband of Michelle Biggerstaff Adams. Mr. Adams was an electrician with ECDI in Matthews, NC and was a member of Catawba Heights Baptist Church in Belmont, NC. Mr. Adams is survived by his parents, Gene Adams and Josie Criminger Adams of Lancaster, his wife, Michelle Biggerstaff Adams of Gastonia, a daughter, Marrisa Grace Adams, 2 step-daughters, Beth Biggerstaff and Caitlin Biggerstaff all of the home, and 2 sisters, Joey Adams Plummer of Rock Hill and Paula Adams Patterson and her husband Gary of Columbia, SC.The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Adams will be 3:00 pm, Saturday afternoon, April 4, 2009 at Calvary Baptist Church by Dr. Bill Poore and Rev. John Davis Hunter with burial to follow at Lancaster Memorial Park. The Family of Mr. Adams will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday evening, April 3, 2009 at Hartley Funeral Home and suggest memorial contributions be made to Calvary Baptist Church Music Department, 100 Barron Boulevard, Lancaster, SC 29720. The Family will be at the home of his parents, 1370 Jack Usher Road, Lancaster.
