LANCASTER, SC :::::::::: Mr. Michael Allen Tarbox, age 55, died Monday, November 12, 2012 at his home after a long courageous fight against cancer. He was born January 1, 1957 in Pennsylvania, the son of Willis Tarbox and the late Alfreda Towsley Tarbox and was the husband of Lisa Towns Tarbox. Mr. Tarbox was a retired truck driver and served our great country in the United States Air Force. Mr. Tarbox is survived by his wife, Lisa Towns Tarbox of the home, his father, Willis Tarbox of Chester, a brother, Jim Tarbox of Concord, NC, a step-son, Nathan Towns of Lancaster and a step-daughter, Jessica Towns of Badin, NC. The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Tarbox will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at The Chapel of Hartley - Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Dale Roach. The Family of Mr. Tarbox will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the funeral home and in lieu of flowers, suggest memorials be made to charity of ones' choice.
