LANCASTER, SCMr. Michael Lavern Howle, age 56, died Sunday, April 10, 2016 at his home. He was born July 27, 1959 in Lancaster, the son of the late Vernon Dewitt Howle and Carol Jean Outen Howle and was the husband of Sherry Woods Howle. Mr. Howle was a pilot and loved riding his Harley Davidson. He and his wife Sherry enjoyed their life together either with working in the shop or riding their Harleys together. He loved spending time with his family and friends and especially his grandchildren. Mr. Howle was of the Christian faith and a member of Covenant Baptist Church.

Mr. Howle was survived by his wife, Sherry Woods Howle; two daughters, Beverly Elizabeth Woods, (Brady Krimminger), and Michelle Woods Hinson and her husband, Mark; four grandchildren, Garrett Jones, Natalie Woods, Michiel Krimminger, Sidney Hinson and Dylan Hinson.
Mr. Howle was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Robert Colon Howle and Charles Ernest Howle.
The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Howle will be 6:00 pm, Thursday, April 14, 2016 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Pastor Tim Anderson.
