MONROE,NC :::::::: Mr. Michael " Mike" Gerald McNeely, age 47, died Friday, January 18, 2013 at CMC-Union. He was born August 28, 1965 in Lancaster, the son of Gerald McNeely and Earline Adams McNeely and was the husband of Lisa Dunlap McNeely. Mr. McNeely was employed with Resolute Forest Products and was a member of West Monroe Baptist Church.

Mr. McNeely is survived by his wife, Lisa Dunlap McNeely of the home, his parents, Gerald and Earline McNeely of Lancaster, a son, Zachary McNeely of Monroe, 3 daughters, Tiffany McNeely, Brittany McNeely and Ashton McNeely all of Monroe, a step-son, Brandon Faulkenberry of North Augusta, a step-daughter, Ashley Faulkenberry of Monroe, 2 sisters, Diana McCoy and her husband Dan McCoy, Jr. of Monroe and Rhonda Brewer and her husband Brad of Garden City, a step-grandchild, Elijah Faulkenberry and numerous niece and nephews.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. McNeely will be 3:00 pm, Sunday, January 20, 2013 at The Chapel of Hartley-Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Roger Anders and Rev. Bobby Joyner. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The Family of Mr. McNeely will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and the family suggests memorials to a Charity of Your Choice.
