LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Matthew Daryl Toole, age 38, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023. He was born July 12, 1984 in Lancaster, SC, he was the son of Rhonda Broom Toole and the late Daryl Allen Toole.

Matt was an electrician and the founder of 3rd generation electric. He helped many people with his knowledge over the years. He loved his family and friends especially his children.

He enjoyed watching football. He was an avid Florida State Seminole fan from the time he could chop.

Matt is survived by his mother, Rhonda Broom Toole; two sisters, Karra Helms, and Autumn Price; a daughter, Natiley McCants (Matt); a son, Matthew Daryl Toole Jr.; two grandchildren, Brenton and Brynlee McCants; two nephews, Waylon Helms, and Jaxson Small; a niece, Dallas Lane; and a special cousin/sister, Nikki McElveen.

Matt was preceded in death by his father, Daryl Allen Toole; and his brother-in-law, Junior Helms.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Thursday, January 12, 2022, at Burgess Funeral Home.
