INDIAN LAND, SC – Mr. Martin "Marty" LaFica, age 88, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022. He was born August 31, 1934, in Rochester, NY, the son of the late Rocco Giuseppe LaFica and the late Antonette Rienzi LaFica and was the husband of Karen M. Decker LaFica. Mr. LaFica proudly served in The United States Army for two years.

Mr. LaFica is survived by his wife of 38 years, Karen Decker; his daughters, Annette LaFica, Janine Barry (Steve), and Jessica LaFica; his son, Martin T. LaFica (Amy); five grandchildren, Molly, Erica, Lacey, Martin L., and Anthony; and two great-grandchildren, Kalina, and Daphne Rose.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rocco and Antonette LaFica; his brother, Pat LaFica; and his two sisters, Lucille Kuhn, and Vicky McEvoy.

Internment for Mr. LaFica will be held at White Haven Cemetery in Pittsford, NY. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at the Lakehouse at Sun City Carolina Lakes on November 26, 2022 at 12:00-2:30.
