LANCASTER, SC :::::::::::Mrs. Marguerite "Polly" Funderburk Robinson Stogner, age 87, died March 12, 2013 at her home. She was born September 15, 1925 in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late Judson Funderburk and Kate F. Funderburk. Mrs. Stogner was twice married, first to the late Broadus Robinson and secondly to Oscar "Buck" Stogner. Mrs. Stogner was a retired business owner, a former volunteer for Springs Memorial Hospital and an active member of The Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church; having been an active choir member and leader of UMW, past membership secretary, served on the food committee, past circle leader and served on the visitor committee.

Mrs. Stogner is survived by her husband, Oscar "Buck" Stogner, 2 daughters, Mrs. Wayne (Trudy) Stewart of Rock Hill, and Mrs. Claude (Kathy) Kirkley of Lancaster, 2 step children, Paulette Hendrix and Linda Jensen, 8 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Stogner was preceded in death by her son, Frankie Robinson, 5 brothers, Emory Funderburk, Bennie Funderburk, J.P. Funderburk, Tom Funderburk, Allen Funderburk and Jud Funderburk, and 4 sisters, Ora Funderburk, Hortence Pardue, Ruth McManus, and Mace Smith.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Stogner will be 3:00 pm Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Taylor's Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Tommy Howell and Rev. Mary Green. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The Family of Mrs. Stogner will receive friends from 1:30 - 3:00 pm in the church Fellowship Hall and suggests memorials be made to Taylor's Grove Baptist Church, The Church of the Good Shepherd UMC or Catawba Baptist Church Youth Fund.
