FORT LAWN, SC ~ Mrs. Margaret McFadden Faulkenberry, age 92, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, April 20, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Hugh Roddey McFadden and the late Mary Ellen "Mamie" Clarkson McFadden and was the wife of the late James Harry Faulkenberry. Mrs. Faulkenberry enjoyed painting, fishing, and any type of yard work. She loved to spend time with her family and church family. Mrs. Faulkenberry was a lifelong member of El Bethel United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Faulkenberry is survived by her two daughters, Judy Jones (Cecil Matthews Jr.), and Terrie Smith (Liz Cady); three grandchildren, Jennifer Jones Ganesh (Nate Ortel), Ashley Smith (Anthony Scarano), and Robert W. Jones Jr. (Iris); three great grandchildren, Dylan Ganesh, Noah Scarano, and Olivia Jones; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Faulkenberry was preceded in death by her husband, James Faulkenberry; her parents, Hugh and Mary "Mamie" McFadden; and her two sisters, Mary Katherine Berry, and Dorothy Camp.

The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Faulkenberry will be 2:00 pm Friday, April 22, 2022, at El Bethel United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. John Howle. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, in the church sanctuary. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to El Bethel United Methodist Church, 3476 Catawba River Rd, Fort Lawn, SC 29714.
