LANCASTER, SC ~ Miss Malia Ann Lee , 19 years young, passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2021.  She was born March 1, 2002 in Weymouth, MA, the daughter of Stephen Lee and Linda Scott Lee.  Malia loved so many and was loved by so many more.  Malia will continue to stay with us through memories, songs and stories.  She left us all too soon and we will never be the same again.  Malia will be remembered for her beautiful soul, her beautiful smile, her kind heart, and gentleness.  She always seemed to look out for others and would put others first.  When you think of our Malia, celebrate the good memories you have of her.  Remember life is fragile, so live life to the fullest because Malia's was cut way too short.

Malia is survived by her parents, Stephen and Linda Lee; her brother, Ryan Lee; loving boyfriend, Sam Platt; Uncle Joe and Auntie Mary Ann Thomson, Uncle Jim and Auntie Deb Scott, Uncle Kevin and Auntie Norah Scott, Uncle Steve and Auntie Shanda Scott, Uncle Joe Scott, Auntie Carolyn Lee; Great Uncle, Paul Scott; Great Auntie, Joan Hallet; Lots of cousins; and EmmyLou Thomson.

Malia's family will hold a private Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Malia on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Carson Overstreet.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, Burgess Funeral Home.
