IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Lynn
Threatt
July 14, 1955 – November 30, 2025
LANCASTER, SC ~ Ms. Lynn Threatt, age 70, passed away November 30, 2025, at MUSC in Chester, SC. She was born July 14, 1955, in Mecklenburg County, NC, a daughter of the late David Henry Threatt and the late Virginia Mae Green Threatt.
Lynn enjoyed spending time outdoors and shopping in the stores on Main Street. She made a lot of friends there and most people knew her by name. You would most often see her out and about with her sweet dog and sidekick, Razzy.
She was a devoted believer of Jesus Christ and had an unwavering faith. She read her Bible daily and lived by the Word of Christ all her life. She loved to spread the message of Jesus to everyone that she could.
Lynn's disability never slowed her down. She was fiercely independent. She took challenges head-on and conquered all she set out to do - just like she said she would. She was strong, kind, compassionate, forgiving and generous. Anyone who knew Lynn can attest to the fact that she brought a smile to their face.
She always said that her Heavenly Father would heal her one day, and on November 30th, he did just that. She is walking in a restored and completely healed body in Heaven.
Lynn is survived by her niece, Tracee Adams (Bill) and their children, Kaitlyn Mangum, Emma Thompson, and Haili Adams; a nephew, Tony Dixon and his children, Michael Willis, Zachary Dixon, and Dillon Dixon; a niece, Misty Sanders (Tommy) and their children: Brittany, John, Cailin, Gatlin Stevens and Emma Sanders; a niece, Dawn Sanders and her children, Payton Craig and Danielle Sanders; and a niece, Nikki Pardue and her children, Kimberly, Tyler, Aralyn and Devan Threatt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Virginia Threatt; her brother, David Threatt; and her sister, Diane Dixon.
The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Hopewell Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Rex Faile. All friends and family are encouraged to come.
